Introduction of Metastatic Mouse Cancer Models
For exploring therapeutic strategies for metastatic cancer patients, development and application of metastatic cancer mouse models is essential. To date, we have developed a few metastatic mouse models including foot-pad to popliteal lymph node, breast fat-pad to lung, foot-pad to lung, stomach to liver, spleen to liver, kidney to lung, colon to liver, pancrea to liver, ovary to lung, prostate to lung, cervix uteri to lung, esophagus to lung, and tail vein to lung.
